3.1 Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid payment method. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.
3.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one wt999 account. If wt999 discovers that a player has opened multiple accounts, wt999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void associated bets and withhold any funds pending investigation.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. wt999 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify wt999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). wt999 may at any time request identity verification documents (national identity card, passport, proof of address, payment method verification). Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in account restrictions or suspension. wt999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC checks.
4.1 Accepted Methods. wt999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other major Pakistani banks), Visa/Mastercard, USDT TRC20 and other methods as listed in the Cashier section. Accepted methods may change without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 or the equivalent in supported cryptocurrencies. Minimum amounts are subject to change and will be displayed in the Cashier at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the player's registered and verified payment method. wt999 aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification and internal fraud checks. wt999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.4 Currency. All accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. Where deposits are made in other currencies (e.g., USDT), conversion to PKR will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
4.5 Refunds. All deposits are final and non-refundable once funds have been used to place bets or wagers. Deposits that have not been wagered may be eligible for refund under certain circumstances at wt999's sole discretion.
5.1 Acceptance of Bets. wt999 reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet or wager at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to bets placed by players suspected of arbitrage, system abuse, or professional betting strategies that conflict with the recreational nature of the Platform.
5.2 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, data feed failure or any manifest pricing error, wt999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies to both sportsbook and casino products. "Void bet" means the original stake is returned to the player's wallet without any winnings.
5.3 Live Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to the status of the relevant event at the time the bet is placed. wt999 uses automated systems for in-play markets and reserves the right to suspend markets at any time.
